Scoping with your team
We map your states, your adopted curriculum, and the goal-quality rubric your team already uses. You leave with a written implementation plan and a pilot cohort chosen.
60–90 day pilot
Two to three schools, real caseloads, real annual reviews. Case managers write goals in Lernico while leadership watches goal quality and time-per-goal in the dashboard.
Network rollout
Roll out across every school with training for case managers and reporting for directors. We stay on through the first full annual review cycle.
What your IT director will ask about
Student data is processed only under a signed Data Privacy Agreement with your district, and it is never used to train models. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, with multi-factor authentication and continuous monitoring across our infrastructure.
We are working toward SOC 2 Type II and can share our current controls documentation, subprocessor list, and DPA template before you go to procurement. If your IT team needs something we do not have yet, we would rather tell you now than in week six of a security review.

What districts ask before procurement
How long does a pilot take, and what does it prove?
60 to 90 days across two or three schools. You get goal-quality comparisons against your own rubric, time-per-goal before and after, and a dashboard view of whether standards alignment actually moved.
Does this replace EDPlan, Frontline or PowerSchool?
No. Your IEP system stays your system of record. Lernico is where the goal gets written and progress gets logged, and it pushes back to EDPlan, Frontline, PowerSchool Special Programs and SEAS.
We span more than one state. Does that work?
Yes. Standards are loaded per state, so a network operating across state lines writes against each school's own framework without the case manager having to track which is which.
What happens when our state revises its standards?
Frameworks are maintained centrally. When your state publishes a revision, the new framework becomes available without any action from your team.
Is our student data used to train models?
No. Student data is processed only under a signed Data Privacy Agreement with your district and is never used for training. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II and can share current controls documentation before you go to procurement.
How is this priced?
Annual network agreements priced per case manager, with pilots scoped separately. We will put a number in writing after the scoping call, once we know your caseload counts and how many states you operate in.
